As a Registered & Licensed Dietitian for the past 20 years, I specialize in helping people create, achieve, and maintain a healthy and happy relationship with food in order to feel their absolute best. I provide nutrition care for women, men, adolescents, and children using a highly personalized approach, tailored to each person's unique nutritional needs and lifestyle.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Eating Disorders - Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and unspecified eating disorders
Oncology / Cancer Nutrition - for those living with a current cancer diagnosis; and nutritional wellness for cancer prevention and cancer survivors. (Incorporating cancer care and prevention into my nutrition practice has become extremely near and dear to my heart after my late husband passed away from an aggressive cancer in 2012).
Endocrine and hormonal changes that often occur after having kids, during “middle adulthood,” and/or during pre-menopause and menopause.
Gastrointestinal/Digestive Issues and Diseases
Sports Nutrition
If you are struggling with ANY OR ALL of the above, know that you are not alone. I understand the stress, frustration, and helplessness that often go hand-in-hand with these issues. No matter where someone is on their journey, I work alongside them in a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and compassionate way. By combining my personal life experiences, my education and training (which is ongoing in this ever-evolving field), and my 20 years of professional experience, I'm able to help people achieve their nutrition and wellness goals and truly break free of their eating issues to develop a healthy, balanced, and peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. A life free from the stress of food, eating, and/or body image issues creates room for a life full of what's truly important.
