Nutrition Counseling

In-home or virtual online sessions

 

Lynn provides individual, group, and family nutrition counseling services within the state of Florida, as well as virtual/online services throughout the country.  She is sensitive to the time and scheduling constraints of balancing family, work, school, and other daily responsibilities.  From the convenience of your own home (or wherever you have access to a quiet space and secure internet connection) you can meet with her in your home or virtually from your phone or computer for a live, face to face session.  She provides in-home sessions to clients in Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and other areas of Northeast Florida; and also provides virtual/online services across the county and for anyone that would prefer the convenience of a virtual session from their own home or quiet space of their choosing.

Accountabilty Texts & Emails

Accountabilty is a key component in helping people stay motivated and focused on their goals.  Lynn has found that it is very beneficial for her clients to be able to text or email her daily, or as needed, for quick questions, check-ins, support, and feedback.  It can be difficult to stay on track in between counseling sessions when there are so many daily triggers, distractions, changes in plans, and no one around to help you make the right choices and take the healthiest actions.  With accountability texts, Lynn's advice and support is always with you.
